It covers the adventures of Tazer and a hand-picked team of heroes (The New Guard) in New Rossco City following the collapse of the Heroes Unite Initiative. The series focuses on the team dealing with the mysterious "Bridges."
Note: This story arc was initially started as an extension of Heroes Unite by Nepath and Spudsy. That version of the story has been discontinued and this is a new version featuring a different mix of characters.
