The Floccinaucinihilipilification (the F-Man for short) is a villain invented by Ave Messer.
History[]
The Floccinaucinihilipilification was escaping from a bank robbery (that he conducted) when he stumbled across the scene of Heroes Alliance fighting an array of villains. He boldly attempted to rob all of them of their valuables and was very almost successful.
Powers[]
The Floccinaucinihilipilification possesses a specialised form of psychic power that lowers the target's self-esteem. He must vocalise the intent (for example "You can't shoot straight so don't even bother trying to shoot me") and needs to know the target is there.
