Rime was a villain faced and defeated by SHELL and the Heroes Unite rookie Nathan who would become known as Nemesis.
History[]
The Heroes Unite Initiative was called in to deal with Rime running amok in London, England. His motives appeared to be nothing more than simple hooliganism.
Powers[]
Rime has the power to generate both vast quantities of ice and a protective ice shell around his body. In iced-up form he also possesses a tail.
