Norman Jormungand was born with a rare disorder that turned him into the lizard-like beast you see today, he was the main attraction of various Swedish circus's where he was kept in a cage and fed raw meat and chicken, because of this and the cruelty given to him by the ringmaster, he grew to hate humans and developed a more animalistic thought structure, he was rescued by a group of Meta Supremacists and he joined them, thus wishing to hunt the humans who had turned him into a mindless beast.

Agile, can see thermo and infra red, has very powerful claws and he can release a deadly toxin in his breath that acts like an acid, burning away anything it touches (though most complex steels or Volucite remains relatively unscatched by this)
He acts more like an animal hunting its prey.
