Greg Browne was once a gumshoe style detective from Annual City. After investigating a mysterious murder case of sweet bakery and candy business owners, discovered an elaborate Sugar Mafia who were extorting and trying to take over the industry for their own greed. He was unfortunately caught and thrown a vat and chemicals and a machine which was used to stretch taffy. The chemicals mixed into his body and the stretching machine gave him the ability to stretch his body into crazy shapes.
He has since retired from Superhero business but does keep an eye through his detective mindset.
