The Delegation of Hurt are a group of metahuman thugs created by Hero.
They made their first appearance as part of a horde of Metahuman supremacists. They were single-handedly taken down by Kaleidoskop Jr.
They later appeared again as minions of Crime Warp. After their previous defeat they had undertaken training and were more competent combatants. This time it took the combined efforts of Azumorph, Bombshell, Bleeder and Relik to take them down.
